Full bodied, with intense colour and flavours of prunes and plums, this wine is rich and elegant.
Shiraz
A classic cool climate wine with flavours of pepper and spice. Rich in colour and elegant in style, this is benchmark Southern Victorian shiraz.
Cabernet sauvignon
Medium red-purple; the bouquet has a mix of spicy, savoury/earthy aromas alongside red fruits, a pattern which is repeated on the medium-bodied savoury/briary palate, tweaked by a touch of oak.
