Kennards Self Storage are active owners, developers and 
professional managers of self storage centres. Kennards will 
provide management services and branding to passive investors in the self storage industry. This includes the full integration of 
the Kennards Self Storage Systems, Technology, Standards and 
Training. Joint venture arrangements will also be considered. 
Minimum quality standards must be met by storage centres to be 
considered for KSS management and branding.
