2 x 50m conveyors (Built and assembled in 4 sections).
1 SS surge tank 2.5m x 6m
2 SS process/Ferric process tanks 5.25 x 6.5m
Various chutes/hoppers all in Stainless Steel
8. ENI/Siapem Blacktip Project:
Design, manufacture and test SS MEG Tank for Mono Pod for offshore platform.

Universal’s manufacturing capabilities include carbon, stainless steel and alloys. We service the 
construction, mining, infrastructure, offshore oil and gas, and petrochemical industry.

Engineering design detailing. 

Pipe Spooling Manufacture inspection and testing in most material grades, diameters and wall 
thickness to ASME B31.3 AS4041 and AS2885 etc. 

Pressure vessel and filtration equipment. Supply, manufacture, inspection and testing of vessels to 
ASME, AS1210, AS4037. 

Structural steel – to AWS S1.1, AS 1554 including steel sections platforms, walkways, offshore 
lifting equipment, and building structures. 

Plate work including bins, chutes, hoppers, bulk storage. 

Skid Packages – by combining all of the above products with the installation services of our 
fitting/machine shops and sub contractors. We can provide packaging of skid mounted and pre-
assembled modules as complete units tested and documented as assemblies for direct transport to 
site and installation.
