Orrcon operate an API-accredited, 5L monogram licensed ERW pipe manufacturing plant at Unanderra in NSW, Australia. Orrcon has current quality accreditations to API Q1 and ISO 9001-2000. The mill has capacity to produce pipe diameters between 6 and 20 inches and grades from API5L Gr B to X80. Pipe lengths from 6 to 24 metres ex mill are available. Production from Orrcon's 8 pipe and Tube Mills is supported by branch locations in every Australian capital city. 

Orrcon have a fully-operational NATA Test Laboratory on site at the Unanderra plant. Orrcon also supply a wide range of value adding packages such as pipeline coating, transport logistics and pipeline data management systems. Orrcon can integrate all of these activities and deliver a high quality, low risk outcome to your pipeline project. Recent upgrades to Orrcons API production facility have delivered a world class industry benchmark facility. Orrcon have also developed a comprehensive water pipelines package featuring both rubber ring joint and welded pipeline systems.
