Established in 1970, Maloney Field Services provides specialist land acquisition services to the Pipeline Industry. MFS expertise lies in the negotiation of land tenure for pipelines and pipeline facilities and all other land acquisition related services. 

These services cover the complete management of land acquisition programs including route/site selection, valuation of easement compensation and construction compensation assessments, easement negotiations and site purchase, in house conveyancing and paralegal, document drafting and preparation, expert land tenure advice, damage release programs and general landholder and community services, tenure due diligence audits and dispute resolution.
