Formed in 2000, Gilberts Underground Drilling Contractors Pty Ltd is a WA-based privately-owned company that specialises in grade control and geotechnical diamond drilling utilising both air-
operated Kempe and Boart Longyear LM75 electric/hydraulic wireline equipped drilling rigs. Currently, Gilberts is involved in the geotechnical development of the Rio Tinto-owned Argyle 
Diamond Mine block cave project in WA. The project is currently utilising 2x LM75 drill rigs to  perform HQ3 geotechnical and NQ3 cover and hydrological drilling for the development of the block  cave which is one of the biggest underground developments currently under construction in WA.
